O Tannenbaum presents an excellent double bill of electronics and alt-tronica with Bear Bones, Lay Low and Weird Dust performing live at the bar in Neukölln this Sunday.
Bear Bones, Lay Low is the solo project of Ernesto González, a normal Venezuelan dude based in Belgium since 2003. He’s also been part of Silvester Anfang (Sylvester Anfang II) since 2006.

The project has been going since 2007 and has 8 albums under its belt. González has released on highly esteemed labels such as Kraak and most recently on Trogolosound. Bear Bones, Lay Low will be joined on the stage at Tannenbaum by fellow Belgien resident Weird Dust whose latest cassette release just came out on kerm records.

Weird Dust has been described as “Be, enthusiasm re-defined in corners unreachable with a vacuumcleaner” and “super trippy and rhythmical synthesizer music. Like raymond scott, dj rashad, klaus schulze, terry riley in another dishpan.” Either way it needs to be experienced to be fully understood: make up your own mind at O Tannenbaum this sunday.
