True to his relentless tour-schedule, former Can frontman Damo Suzuki is back less than a year after his last Berlin show. This time for a very special collaboration with Günter Schickert (“Samtvogel”) and his band Ziguri with Dieter Kölsch und Udo Erdenreich.
[audio:01 – i want more.mp3]The tour schedule of this 60 year old rock veteran is relentless and he has an interesting concept for his live performances. Wherever Damo Suzuki plays he recruits a new band made up of local musicians or friends who happen to be in town.
The result is quite unpredictable and makes for a new and exciting live show each time. Since leaving Can, Suzuki has distanced himself from the conventional music industry Although his release output might not be the most prolific, he is constantly on the road with the live Network and shows no signs of slowing down with age.
