Two prominent NYC based sound artists, performers, and curators cross paths in Berlin for a special engagement at N.K. Projekt.
Born in Lima, Peru, Maria Chavez’s sound installations, visual objects and live turntable performances focus on the values of accidents and it’s unique, complicated possibilities with sound emitting machinery like the turntable.
Multimedia artist Doron Sadja’s body of work spans everything from immersive multichannel sound pieces to feces filled speaker installations and high intensity stroboscopic smoke, mirror, laser, and projection shows.
