The raster.index night at Berghain will feature live performances by new additions such as Island People, Jesse Osborne-Lanthier and Belief Defect, as well as already well-known label acts such as Kyoka, Grischa Lichtenberger, Byetone and Robert Lippok (both with new albums in the making).
The duo Belief Defect could already make a name for themselves with their recently released album “Decadent yet Depraved” and especially with their spectacular premiere at Berlin’s Atonal Festival. On the other hand, the Glasgow and Berlin based ambient band Island People will present their highly acclaimed debut album live in Germany for the first time, for which they will also be supported by video artist Ali M. Demirel. In any case, you can count on an immersive experience, as all artists will present themselves with their own, audiovisual aesthetics.
The evening will be accompanied by Mieko Suzuki, who will DJ before and after the concerts.
