GJones from Santa Cruz is one of the up and coming bass producers from the rich glitch/ cunk / beatmaking scene of the Westcoast in the US. He now plays his first Berlin show to celebrate the release of his new EP “Eyes” on Berlin based label Robox Neotech.
After releases on Saturate! Records, 710 Records and Muti Music and gigs at festivals and parties all over the States, such as Brainfeeder´s Low End Theory, Coachella Festival and Bounce Festival, among others, he now embarks on his first Europe tour.
Playing alongside GJones will be Robox Neotech label-head Dosyh, drum´n´bass power woman JCC from China, Lakritze, Futuri from Jerusalem, as well as Able8 from Australia.
The second floor will be heated up by the HEAT crew, a broad network of Berlin DJ´s that came together through the HEAT parties.
Founded by Anne Haack, who is running IF THE KIDS Records and the new sub-label ITAKA, the parties are known for their bouncing warm 4/4 beats and bass, ranging from House to Techno and UK Garage, taking place in diverse underground locations of Berlin.
Urban Spree is one of the new party locations in Berlin and the RAW Temple area. It combines street art, exhibitions and parties; one side of the buidlings is regularily freshly painted by international known and emerging artists.
